Russian cuisine derives its rich and varied character from the vast and multicultural expanse of Russia. Its foundations were laid by the peasant food of the rural population in an often harsh climate, with a combination of plentiful fish, poultry, game, mushrooms, berries, and honey. From this Dasha's food catering service and Russian pastries was born.
A time-tested tradition passed down from generation to generation as a guarded family secret, Dasha prides itself in offering a homemade and unique Russian style baked goods.The very process of making these baked goods from scratch comes from foundation of tradition, starting with my grandmother passing down the knowledge of the perfect Pirozhky to me.
